With more than 30 years as the owner of a successful private investigative firm, I bring a unique skill set to the real estate profession. My background has sharpened my attention to detail, negotiation ability, and analytical approach—skills that translate directly into protecting my clients’ interests and navigating complex real estate transactions.
My introduction to the real estate industry came during the mortgage crisis of 2006. After transitioning from a career in Medicare and fully pursuing investigative work, I had the opportunity to investigate mortgage fraud for one of the largest private mortgage insurers in the country. That experience provided deep insight into the real estate and lending industries and ultimately inspired my passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with transparency and confidence.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in International Business from St. Thomas University. This academic foundation, combined with decades of real-world experience, allows me to guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with strategy and clarity.
