“Professional, knowledgable of market, couteous of my time and above all, great negotiator! Met Bill via neighbor's sale where I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and breadth of industry areas he was involved (educator, sales rep, numerous levels of industry achievement). Salavaged that neighbor's sale after it appeared dead in the water over an incorrect home inspection plumbing statement. Never considered anyone else to handle my home sale after that. At his suggestion, put on market at ThxGvg to catch early arriving snow birds for the season.
